Individual registration under a group booking
You are an individual registering using Group Booking details that have been supplied to you. (subject to there being available credits for your registration)

Start a group booking
You are a coordinator who needs to start a group booking
and purchase registration credits for 5 or more individuals

Open a group booking
You are a coordinator who needs to view your current booking usage
purchase more registrations credits, or view your tax invoice

 

GROUP BOOKINGS are only available where 5 or more people from the same local church or organisation register together. Group discounted rates are:

  • Early Bird $15 (register & pay by 28 January)
  • Last minute $20 (register after 28 January. Bookings close 11/2/2010.
  • Optional Lunch $8

How does group bookings work?

  1. A group coordinator starts a group booking by registering the Group details. (We will email to you your group booking details so you don't lose them)
  2. The Group coordinator then purchases booking credits - minimum 5 registrations. (You can top this up at any time by opening your group booking. That can be for the value of 1 or more registrations.)
  3. The Group coordinator adds each of the individual registrations or passes the Group Booking details to the individuals so they can register themselves online.
  4. Group coordinator can open their group booking, view the registrants, view an updated tax invoice and purchase further booking credits.

Please note that early bird pricing applies for bookings started prior to the 28th of January 2010.
